Crappy weather today, with storm alerts and dire warnings for much of France. Relevant words that I had to look up:
- un abris: shelter. We are advised to take it.
- un orage: storm, thunderstorm.
- le grêlon: hailstone.
- les dégats: injury, not to be confused with…
- les dégâts: damage.
Larousse claims “dégats” is not a valid word, but that “dégâts” is.
